How to DIY a fun little hand-pulled fan from a plastic bottle?

What is the use of discarded plastic Coke bottles and what can they be used for other than being sold as garbage? For example, it's really fun to make crafts for kids with discarded plastic bottles. We used two plastic coke bottles and made a small hand-pulled fan for our kids, which they use as a small toy on the go in the summer.
